I guess I did OK, but I sure as heck shouldn't have had such a sore calf with that pace. Hopefully these will help speed the recovery...

I'd totally forgotten that the Fleet Feet Monte Sano 15K takes place tomorrow.

After the Knology folks come to hook us up today, going down to Fleet Feet Huntsville to register will be one of those items I need to take care of today...
