The second portion of the title above says "Yucky time". Up until about the past month, I believed that I would be working 4 on-1 off day shifts for about the next month. I found out some time last month that I'll be doing 4 on-1 off night shifts. I don't mind night shift one bit. It's just going to make for one hell of a time getting ready for the Rocket City Marathon.

Sometimes it's difficult to catch up with all the status updates your friends make on Facebook. You can use built-in FB functionality to have an RSS feed of all those statuses.
