Just another data point on why I'm skeptical of the Federal government being able to do much. Sure, we didn't have an emergency, but the Feds were going to do their national EAS test today. The EAS system has been around since 1997 and was preceded by the Emergency Broadcast System (1963-1997). There were plenty of media outlets where initial appearances are that the test didn't work. Keep in mind, this was a government system that has essentially been around for nearly 50 years.

FAIL!

Today is the day. I will try to do one of the most utterly ridiculous things that I have ever tried to do...

It's name.... the "Dare to be Great"!!!

For the time being, I will just say that it is 21 scoops of ice cream (for a total of 11 pounds of the stuff) and an additional 2 pounds of toppings.
